Notes - - On March 3, 2013 Michael (Skinny) Dean Lewis finished his exemplary life as a steadfast son, brother, husband, father and friend. He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Denise Rivenbark Lewis and his two daughters, Megan and Katie. He will also be missed by his sisters, Nancy Debose, Frances Bullock (Jerry), Vickie Harrelson (Lawrence ), and Kathy Hazel (Richard) as well as many treasured nephews, nieces and friends. Skinny was employed by Dupont for 31 years and Dak Americas for 8 years before retiring. He enjoyed the beach, golf and, most of all, his family.
