    • - 1910 U.S. Census: Ogdensburg, Devillier St.: Emma is 33 years old and is living with her husband Joseph Robillard (34) and their three sons; Henry (12), Edward (11), and Joseph (8). They have been married for 12 years.

      - Journal: Monday, Jan. 22, 1923: Mrs. Joseph Robillard, aged about 50 years, formerly of Ogdensburg, passed away Saturday at her home in Utica. Mrs. Robillard was before her marriage Miss Emma Perkins and her husband who died about three years ago was employed at the state hospital. The deceased is survived by her parents residing in Utica and also by two brothers and one sister. The funeral arrangements are not known here.

      - Republican Journal: The remains of Mrs. Emma Robillard, widow of Joseph Robillard, who died Friday night in Utica, will arrive here this morning for funeral and interment. Arrangements for the funeral have not yet been been made. Mrs. Robillard, a native of this city, died at the age of 62. She was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William Perkins, who lived for many years on Deviller street. She was married to Captain Joseph Roblllard, who sailed the state hospital yacht. Mr. Robillard died several years ago. Surviving are her father, William Perkins, Utica; three sons,
      Ed of Carthtge and Henry and Joseph of Utica; tnree brothers, Henry Perkins of Detroit, Martin J. of this city, and Joseph Perkins of Watertown, and one sister, Mrs. Bert Daniels of Utica.

      (Joseph Robillard had captained the St. Lawrence State Hospital's launch "Dorothy" which gave rides to patients, since at least 1905, when a newspaper article mentions a patient jumping overboard and drowning, and references Captain Robillard.)
