  - David Ford's last child surviving child, Nathan Cook Ford, died April 26, 1897 and is buried in Simcoe, Ontario. Another son, Chilion Ford is buried in the Ford Vault. Nathan C. Ford was born in Morristown, NJ in 1811. His middle name is after his Grandfather, Parson Cook, a Chaplain in the British forces during the Revolutionary War. Parson Cook was a Loyalist and returned to England leaving a wife and family in New Jersey - Ogdensburg Republican Journal, dated April 27, 1897, titled "Death of Nathan Cook Ford."
