  - Hugh de Stafford, 2nd Earl of Stafford was born circa 1344. He is the son of Ralph de Stafford, 1st Earl of Stafford and Margaret Audley, Baroness Audley. He married Philippa Beauchamp, daughter of Thomas de Beauchamp, 11th Earl of Warwick and Katherine Mortimer, before 1 March 1351. He died on 16 Oct 1386 at Rhodes. - Hugh de Stafford, 2nd Earl of Stafford succeeded to the title of 3rd Lord Audley circa 1358. He succeeded to the title of 2nd Earl of Stafford on 31 Aug 1372.
